This recipe is optimized for the patio oven.
- 1 Sweet Potato
- 1/4 Cup of Chopped Pecans
- 6 Tablespoons of Butter, Room Temperature
- 4 Tablespoons of Brown Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons of Flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1 Cup of Mini Marshmallows
Preheat Pizza Oven to 325 degrees. NOTE: You want the Pizza Oven at a fairly low temperature because the sugar in the marshmallows and crumble mix will burn if it's too hot.
Prep Sweet Potato: Wash and skin potato. Pat dry and slice to be roughly 1/8 of an inch. Place them in a pot of water and boil till soft. Once done, drain and let cool.
Prep Pizza Dough: Roll out dough and spread 1 TBSP of butter around on the dough.

Prep Crumble: Combine remaining butter, sugar, flour, and cinnamon in bowl and set aside. NOTE: Don't put this on the pizza yet. The sugar will burn too quickly in the Pizza Oven.
Cook Pizza the pizza for about 2 and a half minutes or until crust starts to brown. Remove pizza and spread crumble and marshmallows over the top and return to the oven for another minute until the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
