Use on tacos, eggs, nachos, steak, chicken, sandwiches, or eat by the spoonful.
- 5 Tomatillos Quartered
- 1 Large Avocado
- 4-5 Fresh Garlic Cloves, whole
- 1/2 - 1 Whole Jalapeno
- Juice of One Large Lime
- 1/2 White Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Bunch of Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1/4 Cup of Water
- Salt to Taste
Blend together tomatillos, avocado, garlic cloves, jalapeno, and water until smooth. Pour into a large mixing bowl.
Mix in finely chopped cilantro and white onion.
Add salt to taste. Add more water if needed, salsa should be on the thinner side.
