Tomatillos Avocado Salsa Fresca

Use on tacos, eggs, nachos, steak, chicken, sandwiches, or eat by the spoonful.

Ingredients

  • 5 Tomatillos Quartered
  • 1 Large Avocado
  • 4-5 Fresh Garlic Cloves, whole
  • 1/2 - 1 Whole Jalapeno
  • Juice of One Large Lime
  • 1/2 White Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup of Water
  • Salt to Taste

Steps

  1. Blend together tomatillos, avocado, garlic cloves, jalapeno, and water until smooth. Pour into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix in finely chopped cilantro and white onion.

  3. Add salt to taste. Add more water if needed, salsa should be on the thinner side.
