Fall Harvest French Toast

  • Eggs - 6 unit
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Brown Sugar - 1 tbsp
  • Ground Cinnamon - 2-3 tsp
  • Ground Nutmeg - 1/2-1 tsp
  • Pecans - 1/4 cup
  • Can Pumpkin - 1 unit - (15oz.)
  • Heavy Whipping Cream - 1&1/4 cup
  • Additional Toppings of your Choice

Steps

  • Slice bread into desired thickness

  • Crack your 6 eggs into a large mixing bowl, and beat them

  • Add 1/4 tsp of salt.

  • Add 1 Tbsp of brown sugar.

  • Add 2-3 tsp of ground cinnamon.

  • Add 1/2-1 tsp of ground nutmeg.

  • 1/4 Cup of pecans.

  • Add 1 (15oz) can of pumpkin.

  • Add 1-1&1/4 Cup of heavy whipping cream.

  • Mix all ingredients together in the mixing bowl.

  • Heat your Blackstone griddle to low temp.

  • Apply a light coat of cooking oil.

  • Submerge bread slices in the mixing bowl batter.

  • Wait til one side is cooked and flip being careful not to burn.

  • Plate and garnish with desired toppings.

Notes

A good way to cook the sides of your slices is to place them against the edges of your griddle top.
