Fall Harvest French Toast

  • 6 unit of Eggs
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt
  • 1 tbsp of Brown Sugar
  • 2-3 tsp of Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2-1 tsp of Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup of Pecans
  • 1 unit of Can Pumpkin (15oz.)
  • 1&1/4 cup of Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Additional Toppings of your Choice


  1. Slice bread into desired thickness

  2. Crack your 6 eggs into a large mixing bowl, and beat them

  3. Add 1/4 tsp of salt.

  4. Add 1 Tbsp of brown sugar.

  5. Add 2-3 tsp of ground cinnamon.

  6. Add 1/2-1 tsp of ground nutmeg.

  7. 1/4 Cup of pecans.

  8. Add 1 (15oz) can of pumpkin.

  9. Add 1-1&1/4 Cup of heavy whipping cream.

  10. Mix all ingredients together in the mixing bowl.

  11. Heat your Blackstone griddle to low temp.

  12. Apply a light coat of cooking oil.

  13. Submerge bread slices in the mixing bowl batter.

  14. Wait til one side is cooked and flip being careful not to burn.

  15. Plate and garnish with desired toppings.


A good way to cook the sides of your slices is to place them against the edges of your griddle top.
