- Sharp White Cheddar - Shredded
- Sharp Orange Cheddar - Shredded
- Jalapenos (or jarred pickled jalapenos) - Thinly sliced
- Bacon slices - Cooked and crumbled
- Onion Powder
Heat your Blackstone Griddle to medium heat, be sure surface is clean of excess oil.
Place about ¼ cup of shredded cheese onto the hot griddle.
After about a minute sprinkle a few pieces of bacon and 1-3 slices jalapeno on top and a light dusting of onion powder.
Once the cheese starts to get lacey, about 1-2 minutes, using a scraper or spatula lift the cheese carefully and flip.
Let cook 1 more minute. Set on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Enjoy as is or with sour cream! Great topping for salads, mac and cheese or any dish you want to add a little crunch to! Also, makes a great substitute for chips for nachos!
