- 8 unit of Sourdough Bread, Slices
- Mozzarella Cheese
- 8-12 unit of Tomato Slices
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Garlic Pepper Seasoning
- Olive Oil
Put two pieces of bread on your work surface.
On one piece of bread layer with cheese, tomato slices, basil, then cheese again.
Sprinkle with garlic pepper and top with other piece of bread.
Brush the outside of bread with olive oil. You could use butter instead and put a little olive oil on the griddle as well. The Olive oil will give you an even crispier crust on the outside of the bread.
Turn your griddle on medium low heat and toast each side of your sandwich until golden brown.
