- 12 oz. of Petite Carrots
- 1 oz. of Packet Dry Ranch Dressing/Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In a large bowl, combine carrots, Ranch seasoning mix, and olive oil. Stir until well-combined and all the carrots are coated evenly with oil and seasoning.
Heat griddle to medium-high heat and cover evenly with a small amount of olive oil.
Add carrots to the griddle and let cook for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.
Add 2-3 Tbsp water to the pile of carrots to generate steam. Cover carrot pile with basting cover or similar metal dish. This traps in the steam and cooks the carrots.
Every 2-3 minutes remove basting cover, toss carrots, add 2-3 Tbsp water, and re-cover with basting cover to continue steaming.
Carrots cook for approximately 12 minutes or to desired tenderness.
