Purchases made at Blackstoneproducts.com ship from northern Utah, Monday through Friday, to addresses within the contiguous United States with the following rates:

• Accessory orders of $50 or more are eligible for free shipping.
• Any order $49.99 or below ship for a flat rate of $9.99.
• For orders over 150 lbs., shipping ranges from $99 to $199

At Blackstone, we are committed to delivering your purchase within the contiguous U.S. in a timely manner. Please note that the average shipping time is 7-10 business days. We appreciate your understanding and patience when we experience delays.

Orders over 150 lbs. take up to 5 business days to ship. Deliveries take an average of 8-14 business days to arrive.

Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automated email with item tracking information. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
